GENERAL FEATURES
High school Or a University degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
· Native English speaker or advanced English level (speaking, writing, listening) preference will be shown to candidates with knowledge of additional major foreign languages.
. Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Able to comply with shift and flexible working hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.
. Communicate with Patients to understand their requirements and needs.
-At least 1 year of experience in consultation and switchboard duty,
-Experienced in welcoming and guiding guests,
-Ms. Good command of office applications, effective use of office equipment,
-She has a smooth, smiling face and takes care of its appearance,
-Dynamic, follower, solution and result oriented, high sense of responsibility,
-Communication and organization skills are strong,
-Written and verbal communication is strong,
-Successful in human relations, effective communication and representation skills,
