QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a “Call Center Customer Representative” with the following qualifications for our company operating in the real estate sector.
At least a high school degree, preferably associate or bachelor's degree
Minimum 1-year experience as a call center staff in the real estate sector
Advanced level of English and Arabic
Advanced presentation and persuasion skills
Having a customer- and solution-oriented approach
Having strong planning ve time management skills
Having high reporting skills and analytical thinking
To be prone to teamwork
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
For male candidates, military service should be completed.
Main Responsibilities
Conducting information and sales calls with customers over the phone.
Providing support for calls related to problems and requests from customers and directing them to relevant units
Recording the information about the customers called and creating customer profiles
Providing customer satisfaction
Obtaining new potential customer data
