We are looking for Team Friends who will be working as “Real Estate Call Center Agent”.
will be responsible for :
- To communicate with customers who are registered in CRM within a specific plan
- Taking calls from any potential customer and analyzing their demands and expectations
- Assisting them with any kind of inquiry and provide the right information
- Updating them about new campaigns and projects' Details
- To Provide the most appropriate solution and ensure customer satisfaction
- keeping a close relationships with the customers at all times
- Saving the calls to CRM
You will be functioning within the structure of Glovision Company , which is operating in Real Estate Development, Valuation and Investment sector.
Our Main Office is Locaited in Ataköy Towers, Bakırköy / İstanbul
* Requirements
- Speak fluent Arabic and English , Turkish is an additional
- At least 1 year experience in Real estate sector
- Have operational capability and capacity
- Inclined communicate with the phone
