We are looking for an "Aesthetic Consultant" to be employed in our medical center located in Istanbul Ataköy-Bakırköy.
General Qualifications:
-Knowing English and Arabic at Advanced level,
-Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
-High earning target,
-Presentable, taking care of his appearance
-Female candidates will be preferred.
Job description:
Welcoming all branch customers who come to our center for Hair Transplantation, Aesthetic Surgery and Medical Aesthetic Applications, Dental Treatments and Slimming Treatments, planning and coordinating the treatment processes
Providing detailed information to customers about treatment processes and promoting the company
Treatment planning, anamnesis, x-ray-analysis results and so on. Ensuring the entry of documents into the CRM system
Coordinating the entire process between the client and the relevant doctors and teams
Creating different appointment plans that may be required in treatment processes together with the customer
Providing detailed information to customers about the post-treatment process, and monitoring during this process
Keeping customer satisfaction at the highest level throughout the entire treatment process
Sales of complementary products and different alternative treatment processes to customers
