Summary
We are searching for a polite and professional Arabic Speaking Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Location
Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, TR
Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about offers or services.
Answer questions about services or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the CRM program.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and using CRM.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Proficiency in both written and speaking Arabic, English, and "French" is plus.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
University degree.
Live close to Beylikdüzü and Esenyurt.
