Required qualifications:
Native Arabic speaker and good level in English is a must.
University degree.
One-year experience at least in real estate is an asset.
Interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Valid residence permit.
Job description:
The qualified candidate will be a part and a family member of our new established company, which he/she will add a personal value to his/her team and giving the maximum performance to achieve the ultimate goal of the our team.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
Qualifying the leads assigned to him/her in the best possible way.
Converting the leads assigned into clients by contacting them (through phone calls, Emails, Whatsapp) which will require a high skill of communication and the ability to leave a remarkable attitude with the clients.
Following up with the clients through CRM system and reporting all the changes and updates regarding them in a professional and understandable way on the CRM.
Addressing the important details about clients and entering them to the CRM system like (needs, requirements, budget etc…).
Being a team player by helping other team members when it is required (together we are stronger) concept is our main quote.
Communicating with your superior and reporting all the faced problems and dilemmas directly to them to assist you and prevent any kind of conflicts.
