We're looking for well-motivated productive Turkish/English speakers to join our Customer care team as a Customer care Representative!
Akaylife Group/ Dentakay clinic is seeking a candidate who can who can interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
The candidate must possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience, a persuasive and persistent nature.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responds promptly to patients inquiries, requests and complaints via phone or e-mail after treatment (24/7).
-Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with patients.
-Handles dissatisfied patients in a polite and professional way.
-Conducts face-to-face inquiries from patients depending on the case.
Education:

Education:
- University degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
- A Professional certification in Healthcare is highly considerable.
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar role in the healthcare field (preferable).
- Strong knowledge of CRM (ZOHO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task and cope with competing demands under tight deadlines.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Turkish (Fluent).
- English (Fluent).
- Spanish (Preferable).
