About The Job
Estevien Clinic is providing health solutions such as cosmetic surgery, hair transplant, dental treatment especially to the international customers. We are looking for an IT/Helpdesk Specialist to join our growing and evolving team
:The main responsibilities are
Setting up and adjusting computer hardware; to follow daily periodic maintenance activities
To install, configure and manage operating systems and programs used
Performing the installation and basic configurations of LAN and WAN network systems
Providing user and solution-oriented helpdesk services to meet user problems and requests
To support system development and improvement projects
Preferred Technical / Soft Skills
Min. 1+ years of experience in IT Help Desk Support
Preferably graduated from Computer, Electronics, Software Engineering departments or from Vocational School or Undergraduate informatics departments depending on experience
Zoho - CRM knowledge is a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Turkish or Arabic -Turkish
Commitment to absolute accuracy and in configurations and documentation
Good troubleshooting skills
Core Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Voice over IP knowledge
Open to learning CRM adaptation and development
Window Support
A+ CompTIA is a plus
CCNA or higher is a plus
PREFERRED CANDIDATE
Years of Experience: More than 1 years of experience
Military Status:Completed, Exempt
Level of education:High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Student), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Student), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
University Department:Computer Programming,Computer Science,Computer Technology and Information Systems,Electrical/Electronics Engineering,Information Systems Engineering
Languages: Turkish( Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
English( Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
Arabic( Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
