We are seeking an expert to manage all graphic design tasks, refining projects, and drafts, and generating creative ideas. who can create beautiful outcomes that align with our brand and identity, and ready to become part of a vocal and collaborative team.

We create an advanced approach for Real Estate investment and project management.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
Design engaging creative assets for paid social media in line with the brand.
Provide creative design as and when required.
Evolving and working on templates and acting as a brand guardian.
Create designs for ads with clear, highly converting CTAs.
Other duties commensurate with this role may be required from time to time.
Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
Generating fresh concepts.
Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to tell a visual story that resonates with the target audience and works for each platform.
Highly proficient using Adobe Creative Suite.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral, in order to liaise with other members of the business.
Video editing and motion graphic experience.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Understanding of creative processes.
Knowledge of designing for A/B testing on social media
Proficiency in both written and speaking Arabic, English, and “Turkish” is a plus.
