Real Estate company in Istanbul looking for Senior Graphic Designer.
conditions:
• Update & enhance property flyers, photos, and other miscellaneous marketing materials
• Support Marketing Manager in the cohesive and consistent execution of our brand identity and messaging
• Create title and motion graphics
• Format images to use in videos and perform color corrections as needed
• Create concepts, layouts and final art
• Create new property flyers & marketing materials, both templated and from scratch
• Create the design, layout, and file preparation of digital and print marketing materials – including but not limited to advertisements, flyers, manuals, brochures, infographics, posters, email campaigns/HTMLs, website, logos, event promotions, postcards, presentations, social media assets and other promotional content
• Image retouching for use on website, social media, and other marketing channels
• Build on existing corporate and building brand guidelines, standards, and design assets
• Produce high-quality videos, graphics, and animations to support marketing efforts and objectives
• Design digital and print campaigns in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Additional responsibilities as directed Qualifications
• Experience in a formal design (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software)
• Highly detail-oriented & excellent communicator
• Real Estate industry experience highly preferred
• Experience Video creator and Film Editor.
• Outstanding design skill reflective of strong competency of graphic design principles
• Exceptional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software
• Excellent organization, project management
• Dreamweaver and/or HTML experience is a plus
• Motion graphics and video production and editing experience a plus. Knowledge of website development platforms a plus.
• Ability to synthesize information from creative briefs and manage the creative process from concept to completion
• Exceptional in translating creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional
• follow-through
• Proven knowledge of real estate core concepts and ability to translate into design strategy
• Can stay in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our professionals
• Continuously drives for improvement and sustainable change, intellectually curious, flexible, and adaptable
• Resume must include a link to the candidate’s design portfolio
