A Tele-sales representative must possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience, a persuasive and persistent nature.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Enter and update patient information in the database.
- University degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
- Professional certification in Healthcare is highly considerable.
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar role in the healthcare field (Dental treatments, Plastic surgeries, Transplantation, IVF” In vitro fertilization” or related Topics).
- Strong knowledge of CRM (ZOHO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task and cope with competing demands under tight deadlines.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic(Mother Tongue).
- French(Fluent).
- Turkish(working language).
