Britanica has immediate openings for full-time Independent Medical Sales Agents to join our winning team. If you are committed to understanding and satisfying the needs of the hospital administrator, specialized nurse, and specialty medical supply retailer, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
We are looking for dynamic, hard-working, results-oriented, and autonomous individuals with science, nursing, or business background. Superior organizational and time management skills relative to territory management are a must. and this role will predominantly involve remote working.
Responsibilities and Duties
⦁ Manage a large geographic territory with the objective of winning new customers for Britanica
⦁ Approach retailers for wholesale distribution opportunities.
⦁ Develop annual territory strategic plans to ensure that you achieve your annual sales objectives and goals
⦁ Generate qualified sales opportunities for Britanica within your sales territory and manage those opportunities through the sales process
⦁ Gather market intelligence on buyer needs and contribute that learning to Britanica Health's Marketing and Product Management functions.
⦁ Manage a sales pipeline and work with Britanica Health's Finance functions to forecast future sales and revenues
⦁ Track and keep updated on all sales activity.
⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and prospects.
⦁ Proactively research leads to wholesale distribution opportunities.
Requirements
⦁ Some experience selling to Healthcare professionals and hospitals
⦁ Two years of Marketing/selling experience in food supplements and medical supplies
⦁ Fluent English speaker with a high level of written and spoken English.
⦁ Excellent interpersonal skills.
⦁ Highly self-motivated.
⦁ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
⦁ Proficient & experienced with email marketing platforms.
⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
